SHIPPING and DELIVERY
DELIVERY
Orders are confirmed once an order # is displayed after checkout, you will also receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Care.
Payment will be taken upon order confirmation.
We will aim to ship orders placed before 3pm on the same day. During busy periods, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
If you need to expedite your order, please contact Customer Care once you’ve placed your order, and they will do their best to meet your needs.
When your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email to confirm. You will also receive an email from DHL with tracking information.
All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, if you disable this option, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders and will be unable to assist with opening a DHL case.
Any shipping, duties or tax costs are non-refundable.
If an incorrect shipping address has been used to place an order, contact Customer Care immediately. If the order is not yet processed, our customer care team will do everything they can to update the address.
It is the customers responsibility to locate their package if an incorrect shipping address has been provided.
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, invalid or incorrect shipping address, customers are responsible for RTS fees and reshipment costs.
If the order is not required to be reshipped by customer request, a refund will be processed, minus original shipping charges, RTS fees and a £10 restocking fee.
We accept payments through most major credit cards and payment providers - see all methods below.
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
If your order is flagged for fraud, Customer Care will contact you to request you fill out our Credit Card Authorization form within 24 hours of the order being placed. Failure to compete this form will result in your order being cancelled.

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over £400 in the UK.
Next Day Delivery via DHL Domestic Express is the only shipping method used for UK orders.
See below for all International Shipping information.
Your order will be shipped via DHL's On Demand Delivery Service via DHL Domestic Express, Next Day Delivery.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS. DHL notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.
The option to have your parcel delivered to another address, DHL Service Point or to be left in a safe place, or delivered on an alternative date is also available.
DHL Next Day delivery service applies to orders placed before 3pm business days (Monday - Friday) and will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and orders placed before 3pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
DHL do not deliver on Bank Holidays; your order will be delivered the next business day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but your order will be delivered between 9am - 5pm.

If your order is lost, stolen or misdelivered, the customer care team will open a case with DHL.
Once the case is completed, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customer care will work on filing a claim with DHL on your behalf to recover order costs.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders after delivery has been confirmed. If DHL determines the order was delivered to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund or offer replacement orders.
To avoid the above, we suggest using a secure shipping address, and preferably one where someone can directly receive the order at time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation. We offer DHL Express shipping, prices will depending on the destination country. Reference the table below for shipping times, pricing and returns fees to your country.
We offer worldwide shipping via Global-e.
If you are shipping to the US, please visit us.eskandar.com or change the location in the currency switcher. If you have any additional questions regarding an international order, please contact Customer Care.
We are not currently shipping to Russia, Ukraine & Belarus.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed by request on any International Orders. Please contact Customer Care immediately if you have made an error on your order.

By law, eskandar ltd. is required to disclose the full value of package contents which may not be altered. Duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. For more information, please check your local customs agency website or contact their office.
International order charges will be shown on your bank statement from 'Global-E – eskandar.'

DHL International Express (order by 3pm, business days) rates are shown below by country.
For orders going to the European Union, Australia, Switzerland, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, Norway and more, all product prices are shown inclusive of import duties and taxes. Please consult the table below for more details.
For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
